Hotel Policy

We require credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) in order to guarantee your reservation. However, no charge will be withdrawn from the credit card, as the guests must personally pay for their stay at the hotel.

 

When a reservation is canceled:

  1. at least 24 h before the arrival no fee will be charged.
  2. later than 24 h, or in case of no-show, the amount equal to the first-night-price will be charged. In case of a reservation made for more than three (3) days 30% of the amount will be charged.
